Jessica has over 20 years’ experience using qualitative and quantitative research to help her clients develop effective positioning strategies, messaging, communications and advertising campaigns.
She has particular expertise identifying motivations and barriers to engagement and developing actionable findings. Marketing and communications agency experience as a strategy planner, gives Jessica added perspective in co-creating brand, marketing and communications concepts.
She has worked across consumer, corporate and not for profit sectors, as well as industry associations, all tiers of government and politics.
Jessica is QPR accredited and a full member of The ResearchSociety. She holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology.
